KENSINGTON SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

*We are testing Twitter for HOA communicating - follow us @KSquareHOA on Twitter.comWelcome to the official home website for the Kensington Square Home Owners Association (HOA) covering Kensington Square, Kensington Parc, and Kensington Manor. If you are new to our community we are happy that you are here, and we hope this site will be of some assistance during your settling-in period, and as long as you are a homeowner in Kensington. We try to ensure that we put information on the site which is helpful to you. Please let us know if you have any suggestions or comments on the web site, its content, and/or design, and check it often for updates as this is a “work in progress”. Your attention is invited to the "Contact Information" tab where you will find the telephone numbers and/or e-mail addresses of community responsible individuals. For our new residents, we invite your attention to the "ARC Committee" tabs from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) which contains guidance and information that you need to know. Also please check out the "HOA Design Guidelines" tab to ensure you abide by our community standards; there is an "ARC Application” tab which contains the Form which you may print and use for any outside modification requests you are considering. A good rule of thumb is to always check with CMC or the ARC before you add or change anything outside. Please remember to check the "Notices & Announcements" tab for any Kensington community updates, and the "Grounds Committee" tabs lists the approximate dates when various yard and landscaping work will be accomplished and other Grounds Committee activities and responsibilities. Other tabs or pages will be added or deleted as needed as the website will be forever changing. We use Community Management Corporation (CMC) of Chantilly, Virginia, to manage our HOA so check out their tab. In addition to the five members of the Board of Directors, we have four standing committees, the Architectural Review Committee, the Grounds Committee, the Financial Committee, and the Communications Committee. Our committees are looking for new members, so please let the appropriate Chairperson know if you are willing to volunteer. Again welcome to your Kensington Square Home Owners Association, please support and participate in your community, and let us know if we can assist you.
